Teach you to choose the appropriate quick connector

A quick connector is a connector that can connect or disconnect pipelines without tools. Quick connectors can be divided into: quick connectors for air, quick connectors for oxygen and fuel gas, quick connectors for gas and liquid, quick connectors for oil pressure, quick connectors for inert gas, quick connectors for cooling water temperature oil, and semiconductor quick connectors.

How to select quick connectors:

1. The type and temperature of the fluid (please select the body material and sealing material of the quick connector that are suitable for the type and temperature of the fluid)

Depending on the fluid, the suitable body material and sealing material are different. For example, quick connectors are air. It is recommended to use steel. For water, choose brass or stainless steel.

2. Liquid pressure (please select a quick connector with pressure resistance suitable for the fluid pressure)

The pressure of the fluid is also the key to selecting a quick connector. The quick connectors for hydraulic pressure are serialized between 5.0Mpa (51kgf/cm2) and 68.6Mpa (700kgf/cm2). Corresponding to the pressure resistance characteristics, the structures of the quick connectors are also different.

3. The structure of the automatic switching valve (please select a quick connector with a valve structure suitable for piping purposes)

Regarding the structure of the valve, there are two-way switch type, one-way switch type and two-way open type. Except for the two-way switch type, fluid flows out of the pipe during separation. So please pay attention.

4. The use environment of the quick connector (please select a quick connector with a structure and material suitable for the use environment)

The type, body material, and sealing material of the quick connector should be considered based on the humidity conditions, dust conditions, and the use environment that is prone to corrosion.

5. Confirm that the selected quick connector connection threads must be consistent

When using products of different brands, it is best to use the female and male heads of the same brand together. If cross-use is necessary, it is best to consult the technical personnel of the product supplier before use and confirm before use.

6. Installation shape and size (please order the product after confirming the final shape and size)

Please determine the model and material of the quick connector, and specify the assembly shape and dimensions corresponding to the piping characteristics. Please note that dimensions are relative to fluid flow.
